Welcome to Alexandra’s Tea Room, located at 931 Pittsburgh Street in Springdale. PA.
We are a Victorian-style tea room that serves a traditional tea services Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 4pm. All of our food is made fresh, from scratch, and our menu changes seasonally. We serve a wonderful variety of loose teas hand-selected from local tealers.
We are happy to host your private or group event - showers, parties, children’s birthdays, etc. We serve breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8a.m until 11a.m. Lunch is served from 11a.m. until 4p.m. Call for menu. Reservations are suggested but walk-ins are welcome. We also have monthly events. Check our facebook page for details.

Mother’s Day Tea, Saturday, May 11, 2013
Saturday, May 11, 2013, Alexandra’s Tea Room will host a Mother’s Day Tea. There are two seatings, one at 11:00a.m. and the other at 2:00p.m. As a “thank you” to all guests, we are having free hand massages. All guests will also receive a gift. Cost of this tea is $17.50 + tax. Reservations are required by calling 724-274-4490. Hope to see you!
Evening Valentine Tea
Alexandra’s Tea Room will host 2 Valentine Teas this year. One on Thursday, February 14th and the other on Saturday, February 16th. Each will start at 6:30p.m. We will offer a heartier tea with an extra course. All guest will receive a gift. Reservations are required by calling 724-274-4490 or e-mailing alextearoom@verizon.net. Halloween Tea-October 2012
Alexandra’s Tea Room is hosting a Halloween Tea on Saturday, October 27th beginning at 11:00a.m. Reservations are required by calling 724-274-4490. Joanna Demerest, Storyteller, will present a program on Ghost Stories. All guests are invited to make a Haunted Hat and prizes will be awarded. Cost of the event is $25.00 including tax and gratuity. Meet The Author!
On Sunday, May 20, 2012, beginning at 1:00p.m., we welcome Gary Link, author of the “Pittsburgh Historical Mystery Series.” This is a series of crime/mystery novels set in Pittsburgh in the 1840′s.
